Positive Psychology Coaching

What is Positive Psychology?   Dr. Martin Seligman (click on his name to see his TED talk), the father of Positive Psychology, defines it as:

the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play.

It is this philosophy that inspires and serves as the foundation for my coaching work, and is what you can expect from me as your coach.  You have unique strengths, astounding creativity, and are incredibly resourceful – let’s make use of your expertise!
